Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how we (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our mobile applications and websites.
We are committed to protecting user privacy, and our applications fully comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Information We Collect
When you use our apps or websites, we may collect the following two types of information:
1. Personal Information
Personal Information is data that can identify or contact an individual, either directly or indirectly. This may include, but is not limited to, name, physical address, email address, phone number, photographs, precise location data, payment information, and usernames.
Important: Users are not required to provide Personal Information in order to access or use our apps.
2. Non-Personal Information
Non-Personal Information does not identify you personally. This may include general demographic data such as age, date of birth, gender, or city-level location, as well as technical information including device identifiers, IP address, operating system, hardware model, and software versions.
We may also collect anonymous usage data, such as gameplay activity, session length, progress, scores, achievements, time and date of use, and in-app interactions. This information is collected in a way that does not allow personal identification.
Use of Personal Information
We do not collect Personal Information during normal use of our apps.
Personal Information may be collected only if a parent or user contacts us via email for customer support. In such cases, the email address and any information provided are used solely to respond to the support request.
Use of Non-Personal Information
We may use Non-Personal Information for the following purposes:
To analyze app usage and improve functionality and user experience
To generate anonymous analytics and performance reports
To enhance security and prevent fraud or misuse
To determine general geographic location for legal compliance
To send push notifications, where permission has been granted
For internal operations such as content customization and contextual (non-behavioral) advertising
Children’s Privacy & COPPA Compliance
Our apps and websites are designed to comply with COPPA. We do not knowingly collect, store, or use Personal Information from children under the age of 13.
If a user indicates they are under 13 while contacting support, any Personal Information provided will be securely deleted immediately.
Children may use our apps without providing Personal Information. We may collect anonymous Non-Personal Information (such as device identifiers) strictly for internal operations, including app functionality, security, and contextual advertising, as permitted under COPPA.
Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided Personal Information may contact us, and we will promptly remove the information from our systems.
Support Requests
Users may contact us for assistance related to our apps. When a support request is submitted, we may receive an email address and any information voluntarily provided.
This information is used only to respond to the request and to support internal app operations, in accordance with COPPA Section 312.2.
In-App Purchases
Some apps may offer optional in-app purchases, even if the app itself is free to download. All purchases are processed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play and may not require re-entering payment information.
Parents can manage or disable in-app purchases through their device or app store settings.
Teens (Ages 13–18)
If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, please obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before submitting any Personal Information to us.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade Personal Information or email addresses.
Support-related information may be shared only under the following circumstances:
With service providers assisting us in responding to support inquiries
To protect the security and integrity of our apps
To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or law enforcement requests
